OUR MISSION

A - Z Rehab is a dedicated Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic. We strive to provide the highest levels of care within our home based clinic.

TREATMENTS

A person centred approach is taken with all clients, helping to form individualised rehabilitation programmes. Every patient will set specific goals related to their daily lives, that are measurable and achievable. Our wide range of treatments include but are not limited to: 
~ Biomechanics Assessment ~  Pre and Post Operative Physiotherapy ~ Sports Massage ~ Manual therapy and Manipulations ~  Antenatal Massage ~ Postnatal massage ~  Injury assessment and diagnosis ~  Bespoke Exercise programmes 

We believe in treating patients holistically and will always take into consideration factors including lifestyle, diet, activity levels and medical history; ensuring a bio - psychosocial approach is utilised at the forefront of our care. Conditions we treat include but are not limited to:

ABOUT A - Z REHAB

The Founder and sole worker of A - Z Rehab, is the highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapist, Aliyah Zaman, who specialises in Musculoskeletal Conditions.

 

Aliyah studied her BsC qualification at St. George’s University, London and has been working full time within the NHS for 2 years and 8 months. 
Alongside working full time in the NHS, Aliyah works privately for A=Z REHAB and offers private Reformer Pilates Sessions.

 

  Aliyah has a large sporting background; taking part in netball, hockey and rowing whilst at school.

Aliyah is a proud member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and has a full HCPC registration. Aliyah has full insurance for both home based and mobile appointments, has a pre and post natal massage qualification, granted by mamababybliss. Finally, she has a level 3 sports massage therapist qualification, governed by the YMCA.
